Is it Possible to Get an AI Software Program Inducted Into a Think Tank?

One interesting thing about running a Think Tank is that very intelligent folks always find fun in challenging the system. Not too long ago, a group of computer scientist grad students tried to device an Artificial Intelligent Bot to join our think tank. It would respond to questions asked and attempt to carry on a conversation.
