Property in Phuket North and by that I mean property in Mao Khao, Property in Nai Yang and Property in Nai Thon, is still quite scarce as the area has not been developed to the same extent as the south and centre of the island. However this is changing with the rapid development of one major project which is bigger than anything Developments in Phuket has seen until now. I am referring to West Sands which is a huge beachfront development property in Mao Khao Beach encompassing everything one might want from a fully integrated family resort. It includes direct beachfront Bali Villass in Mao Khao as well as sea view condominiums in Mao Khao and 300 sqm penthouses in Mao Khao. It will have its own 5 star Hotel together with several restaurants, a fully equipped fitness centre, its own pier during high season and Phuket’s first water park, Water World in Phuket.
For those wishing for something a little less ambitious there is a superb condominium in Nai Thon development which is almost complete, Pearl of Nai Thon. This is separated from the beautiful Nai Thon Beach by the small beach road but many condominiums have sea views especially the Penthouses in Nai Thon, all have close proximity to the beach, just a few strides from the beautiful white sand on this unspoilt hideaway.
The magnificent Trisara develoment fulfils the luxury mult-million dollar Bali Villass in Nai Thon but only the very rich need apply. Other fabulous Bali Villass in Nai Thon developments include Malaiwana and Istana by Gary Fell.
There is very little to attract the prospective buyer in Property in Nai Yang as yet as this is largely an area enjoyed by Thais themselves. There is one new 5 star hotel which has been well acclaimed, Indigo Pearl, but litle else and the area is still spoilt by some unsightly scruffy Thai development.
As we drive even further north across the bridge to the mainland into Phang Nga province and therefore meeting the Property in Phang Nga requirement we are met by some surprisingly beautiful developments on the unpoilt west coast. These include the Bali Villass in Pilai known simply as The Pilai and the Bali Villas and Condominiums in Natai equally simply as The Natai, another equally impressive designed development by the famous Australian architect, Gary Fell. One might think the developers that have chosen to construct property in the north of Phuket and property in Natai and property in Piai were lacking imagination when it came to deciding names but keeping it simple yet geographically informative is often the best course of action. I am reminded of this with famous developments like The River in Bangkok which is a stunning Bangkok Condominium development on the Chao Phraya River that tells you exactly where it is unlike The Pano which is another Condominiums in Bangkok project but for me answers neither requirement. Yes The Pano is simple but what does it mean? Too clever for its own good.
So if you are looking to get away from it all head north and see for yourself this beautiful unspoilt area which is also convenient for Phuket International Airport. You will find everything that meets your requirements be it Bali Villass for sale in Phuket, Condominiums for sale in Phuket, or any other requirements you may have that fall under Property for sale in Phuket.
